Hors d’oeuvres: Golden trout fillet with apples, Pink crabmeat with almond pearls, Duck confit with truffles & rye crisps, Salmon with herbs & cheese, Jamon iberico with roasted pineapples, Eggplant caviar roll with herbs, and Truffles. Sweets: Lollipops, Chocolate shoes, Vanilla tart with pear confit & tonka bean ganache, Vanilla & lychee pana cotta, Dame blanche, Lemon cupcake, Hazelnut macarons, White chocolate sphere with strawberry confit, and Scones. 1,800 php for 2.
