After our highly successful yet semi-stressful mall tour with Jela the English Bulldog (CLICK HERE to read my previous post), we decided to broaden her horizon & get her used to sitting in her stroller.

A dog stroller normally costs 6.5k & above at pet stores & good for small dogs. Not for Lelly’s size & weight (almost 80 lbs.). So the girls & I found her a stroller at SM South Mall Department Store for only 2.5k. Cheaper, sturdier, and breathable too with the mesh seat.

Upside is it’s breathable & may hangin sa bumbunan ni Lelly. Downside is her nails are long so the seat is prone to wear & tear. We got a tweety bird pang-sapin but it’s really of little use as she pushes it around. Malikot at makulit ang prinsesa namin.

Anyway, my loves & I were craving for Yabu so we picked up my Mom & all 5 girls headed to SM South Mall. The Yabu in ATC has tables & chairs al fresco instead of our preferred mall aisle. It was a hot & humid day so we wanted to take comfort in an air-conditioned environment. SM South Mall was the smarter choice.

My Lovey’s 120g Chicken Katsu 350 php. 3/4 inch thick chicken breast fillet served with unlimited Japanese white rice or brown rice, miso soup, Japanese pickles, organic cabbage with your choice of dressing and a bowl of fruit.

and Ate‘s Mary Grace take-out of couscous with chicken & a side order of Yabu 60 grams Chicken Breast 110 php.

There are considerations to be made when taking a pet to the mall. I’m glad that Yabu is one of the restos with cool mall aisle seating to accommodate dear old Lelly. 😉 Even then, she was still panting like crazy (and actually so was I).

We went to the grocery after but pets aren’t allowed inside so Lelly had to hang with Anderson. Kawawang Anderson naging dog sitter bigla hahaha! 😛

Lelly loves hotdogs so we got her 1 to keep her occupied. She felt lost without her family. </3 Nag-alangan syang ibenta ni Anderson por kilo! ;))

On her second try, Jela still isn’t as comfy or as willing to park her butt in her stroller. It may take a while (and several malls later) for her to actually sit #LikeABoss & enjoy her ride. Marami-raming pawis pa ang ibubuhos ko bago matutong mag-behave si Lelly. Hay!

Lelly’s bubble thoughts: Buying take-home for me (L).. me (R).. kuya (LL).. and flowers for ate Lors (so she will cook more food for me! <3
