Alas, it was time for us to pack up & go!
Papunta palang, Kap told me to get a 20-kilo baggage add-on for our flight back. Bakit bigla may baggage add-on?? Walang shopping na kaganapan!
True enough with our donki purchases, buti nalang pala at nakinig ako sa kanya. Against my better judgement & because I was trained well to submit (LOL!), I got a 20-kilo baggage add-on going back AND forth kasi just in case, I didn’t want to use the collapsible duffle bag that we usually bring along for impromptu purchases na kailangan ng extra maleta.
The last time in HK, kawawang Kap had to carry the giant duffle around kasi walang gulong (at ayaw yang mag-taxi kami!). I didn’t want tanders to have to go through that again, mahirap na.
After getting all packed up with some time to spare, we decided to try our luck at Mister Donut again for the kids’ pasalubong.
But first, brunch! Lagi din naming nadadaanan itong onigiri shop malapit sa hotel namin, and we’d always think of Jena kasi fave nya yan. So we decided to eat here nalang para fast..
After our quick brunch & buying some onigiris for my Lovey to try, it was off to Mister donut, our last stop before heading out..
Sobrang nakakatawa, pauwi nalang may blooper pa din kami hanggang sa kahuli-hulihang sandali! ;)) Because we can’t read the signs in Japanese, we thought we were on the right train going to the airport. Mukhang 1st class.”
Weh, first class nga talaga. Bayad pala nila yun, wahaha!
So Kap had no choice but to pay a little extra for our 1st class seats when the porter came to check kung bakit kami palipat-lipat. Sabi ko nalang. at least honey nakatikim tayo ng 1st class for once in our lives! 😛
At the airport, we finally found a soft-serve! Grabeh, throughout our 4 full day stay in Nagoya, ni isang tindahan wala kami nakitang soft serve. Sa airport lang pala kami makakahanap! And it was so yummy & creamy too that we ended up eating 3 cones!
What greeted us back home! <3 The doggies missed us & would howl every time the gate opens, akala nila nakauwi na kami, lol.
Duktura & our Babyson were at overnight hospital duty, so it was only Menica who picked us up from the airport straight from her class kaya hindi nakasama sila Twinks & Babyboi magsundo. </3 Buti nalang pala at na-delay ang pag de-plane namin dahil walang parking. Her class ended up late, so sakto lang ang timing.
Our 5-year Japan Visa is good until Nov 2024 (2 years wasted due to the pandemic huhu). I hope that we’ll be given another 5 years because we really LOVE Japan. It’s so clean, safe, and near lang. Hindi kami ma-stiff neck sa masikip na upuan sa eroplano like if we were to go to the US or Canada.
God-willing, I would love to go to Japan’s 5th largest city, Sapporo & Niseko in Hokkaido one day, even though we don’t ski haha..
Thank you Honey for our honeymoon. Sana every month or every 2 months meron tayong quickie. 😛 Kaya John, magsumikap ka!
